Breads from The Art of Gluten Free Sourdough Baking
Here are some photos of breads from my Ebook, The Art of Gluten Free Sourdough Baking. These breads are free of gluten, dairy, eggs, soy, yeast and sweeteners. They taste great, have a nice sponginess and a beautiful crumb. The sourdough technique helps them to rise to a nice height.

Thanks for visiting my blog and letting me know about your gluten-free breads. I never made sourdough bread when I ate gluten; I guess I lack the patience, and I never liked the sour flavor. I am certainly on the hunt for some edible gluten-free bread, though, so I'll poke around your site a bit more and see what sourdough can do!
I am a musician, organic gardener and improvisational cook. Following the birth of my child, I developed many symptoms and deep exhaustion. It took a decade and a half to recover using alternative treatments, diet change, and fermented foods. Out of this healing experience I developed cook books to share what worked for me. I recently opened a commercial kitchen to sell Gluten-Free Sourdough Bread products. I am always learning.
